Straightforward explanation as to how women are to lose weight on this diet. For every gram of fat you consume you need to eat twice as many grams of protein and 3 times that amount in grams of carbohydrates. There are also areas that discuss Omega 3's, supplements, skin care, foods, and exercise. Product placement is all over the place on this page as well.
