First of all I love this site, but hate the long upload time it takes for me to look at one page. If you want to start an online blog for weight loss this is a good way to go. However, it is visible to the entire community. If your up for that.. this is a good resource for you. If your not up for that.. I'm not yet.. you may want to do something more like an online weight loss diary that you can make private.
