I don't think this list is comprehensive enough but it is a good start. There are a couple of diets that I've been interested in reading about that I don't see included. The diets that are included it tells you why it might be a good match for you and why it might not. Good start.. just wish there were more diets included.

I suppose if you are really interested in trying a trend for a diet (not that some do not work) some of this information might prove useful however, I'm not sure that this site will provide you with everything you might need to be successful as you must pay to see what is offered.
