I liked this because it gave a good list of questions to ask your doctor when going into to discuss your weight and possible options for you to achieve weight loss. I personally have a million questions in my mind when I go in but forget them when I'm talking to the doctor. This will help keep you on track and even poses some questions you might not think to ask.
