I have been Somersizing for 3 months and have lost 25 pounds! Although the diet was confusing to follow at first, after a very short while, following became second nature. I don't miss sugar or simple carbs. Plus, since starting this diet, I have almost completely eliminated processed foods (my former downfall) like crackers, pretzels, 100-calorie packs, etc. I know this way of eating may not be for everyone, but it's really worked for me. I love it - and the success I'm having! (-:
