Great link. It's an inspiring story, and I think it's great if the diet works for some people, as long as they're also trying to eat healthier foods. You have to watch this video just to see the EGG BAKE dish. It didn't look appetizing to me, but it seemed easy to make, for anyone who likes eggs, 18 of them!!!
