A diet that has excellent short workout routines but has a very restrictive and very unhealthy diet. Most phases of this diet are well below 1000 calories a day which I don't think any dietician will tell you is healthy. A good look and review of this diet is featured at this link.
Great overview of the diet with fantastic links. I really like the diet checklist. From what I read, this diet doesn't seem to be very healthy with the calorie restriction. Also, doesn't seem like a plan that someone could stick to over a long period of time if they needed to lose a large amount of weight.
