A great review that includes both positive and negative aspects of the weight loss program. Positives include great tasting food, and easy to do if your on the go all the time. Some of the negatives are the expense, starving all the time, and difficulty dining out. I'm glad there is a review here that lists both the positives and the negatives and not just a onesided opinion.
