Good article on foods/ingredients to watch for as well as those that are safe to eat. Not sure how comprehensive this is but at least it is a good start.

This does seem like a good place to start, but it doesn't seem at all comprehensive and I found it to be fairly bland, tho easy to follow. A very basic site. I don't know enough about celiac's to tell if the information was entirely correct, but the links were good.

I don't have celiac disease and so I can only imagine how time-consuming and frustrating it must be to keep track of all the ingredient information for prepared foods. This site looks like a good basic resource but perhaps others know of more comprehensive, frequently updated sites.

This is a great place to start. It covers most of the ingredients you should stay away from or be wary of when eating gluten free. There is quite a bit of information compiled here and all of it looks good. There is also a link to the Celiac board on the Delphi Forum and there is a wealth of information there too.
