She has a blog, recipes, message board, etc. It looks like Dotti follows weight watchers as well as doing some hypnosis and exercise. She talks about all of these things a lot and even puts weight watcher points beside her recipes. She also includes a restaurant guide with the points for each dish which is extremely helpful if you are following weight watchers.
