This article was very indepth on their diet program. It is based around a simple diet plan 3 healthy meals 2 snacks and a milkshake at night. One thing I liked in particular was how it said of your total calories how much you should allot to each meal during the day. I'm not sure I would follow this diet completely but I could definitely use this as a good template.
Wow! It's actually free. And it's a great resource for planning meals according to a healthy, low-calorie diet. All the recipes are there, absolutely free. There's some interesting articles and stuff, too, but a month's worth of meal plans is pretty good in itself. The site is a little hard to read, both in terms of layout and organization, but hey, what do you want for free?
