I have downloaded this tool and I'm currently using it. For the most part this is a very good tool to track your weightloss, what your eating and how much your exercising. I do wish that you could enter in a particular food brand and type of food and get your calories. I couldn't seem to get it to do that, but it could be just me on this. If that option was available I would have probably given this 5 stars.
The food diary tool is absolutely awesome. There are a lot of options I haven't even tried yet, but the basic tool is a great way to keep track of not only calories, but also nutrients. You can also keep track of your exercise.
