I'd recommend getting all the information you can before undergoing any surgery so sending away for this kit would be a great idea. I only gave this page 3 stars though because you can access this same page from the original Barix home page already featured as a top 3 WEGO CORI Weight Loss page. I think it's kind of over kill to add it on here again.
