I did the diet in SoFla 5 years ago - it does work if you follow it. It is not difficult to do, but I do prefer having the shake and soup options available like at his office. It is also MUCH cheaper online as you don't have to pay for the consult, initial screening and weekly weigh-in visits - those get very expensive.

I've been on this 8 days and lost 6.5 pounds - but I'm hungry!
