This is an excellent tool to find out how much a food you like costs in fat. If you like beef, you get a filet mignon from a fresh market, sear it in French olive oil and spices, in a copper pan over gas, mix the juices with a little flour to make a sauce, and the rest of your meal is vegetables and red wine. You can't go wrong, especially if the vegetables and herbs come from your garden and you grew everything yourself.
