This is a great diet. Bleh to the cottage cheese and soda crackers, but a lot of the things on this diet I already eat. Another way of doing this is to grow your own food in your backyard, and buy really expensive French olive oil, which makes everything taste good, and then French red wine, which is good for the heart, so you are dieting gourmet instead of counting everything like you have OCD.
