This is an excellent summary to tell me that my BMI index of 30.9 is higher than the 18.5 or 24.9 I'm supposed to have. Gardening wasn't included in the exercise options. You have no idea how much physical labor is involved in tilling, planting, watering, fixing irrigation, raking, etc. It's exercise, but maybe some consider it labor. But it's exercise. I have lost 13 pounds.
