Great resource you put in a food that you ate (for me so far today it was a can of soup) and it gives you all the nutritional information and tracks what you eat each day. You can add foods that are not included but so far I haven't found one yet. They have name brands for food instead of boneless chicken breast, etc. Very helpful though not pretty to look at.

Good tool for calculating the caloric content of your food. The only problem (which I'm sure is a problem with many calorie calculators) is that it's hard to calculate the values of homemade foods with a lot of ingredients, like stew or a mixed salad.
