Good video but it looks like the real resources here are on his website using the tools to calculate what your daily caloric needs are and then using another tool to find out how many calories you expend in a day using the 600 or so different activities that he has measured the calories burned, and finally adding all this up together. He even goes into the calories burned to brush your hair, teeth, etc. Not sure the average person is going to be quite this detailed but if you are interested in keeping an accurate count, his website I think may help you figure this out.
