I wouldn't call this a workout "regimen." It's just some things you can do to burn calories in the course of your normal activities. It is unique, though. Check out the volunteering workout. You may be able to burn more than 400 calories an hour by painting over graffiti and about 200 per hour working in a soup kitchen.
