Some neat ways to get some physical activity in your life while having fun doing it. Most helpful, though, is that it gives real food equivalents for the number of calories burned performing each activity. Juggle for an hour, for instance, and you'll burn as many calories as there are in 11 Hershey's Kisses. I think I'll just skip the Kisses.
