A nice, complete circuit training workout, with comprehensive directions and pictures. I like this sort of thing, but this one is clearly designed for women (strength exercises with 3 lb weights?!). That said, I tried a few of the exercises, and I liked "the plank." I felt ridiculous doing it, but I also felt it working some muscles I don't pay much attention to. Incidentally, there are some annoying pop-ups on this site.
