Excellent tips on how to squeeze in your workout by splitting it up into smaller, very manageable, portions.

If this is all you have time for then I'd agree that these are some good tips to use through the day however, it's not a replacement for a regular routine that you can easily do in 30 minutes daily.

Great tips for everyone who thinks they are too busy for exercise. The problem with this article: Now I have no excuse!
