Fantastic. I especially love including stress management as part of a weight-loss plan. I take stress-reduction baths. Then I nap for 2 hours. Then I eat healthier because my body wants healthier things, and I do more work on the computer. But that rest, and gardening, which is real physical work that means exercise is how I have lost 13 pounds, and am losing more. It has a lot to do with finding your identity more than it does with counting calories. You have to find your inner rythym.
