I really liked this video, not just for its bringing up this diet, but the talk about nutrition in general. The video is almost 25 minutes so watch this when you have some extra time available.

FYI - this is a video - I think this is a great look at both Atkins and nutrition overall. This is worth the 25 minutes if and when you have the time. This speech is full of factual information that you can use yourself and for the entire family.
