I'm a little concerned that this is a review by an unamed person...The overall plan could certainly be revised to include some more nutritional details however, I feel as though the routine of the 5-factor is the best part about it. Eating on a regular schedule of 5 times and day with (a minimum in my book) 25 minutes of exercise is the perfect recipe for losing weight and a healthy lifestyle. This of course is assuming you are eating the proper foods and again some additional knowledge about proper nutrition to be added. You probably already eat 5 times a day when you factor in snacks. This plan just turns all 5 meals into smaller balanced portions.
