This gives a great account of the 5 factor diet and how it can be fine tuned and continued without thinking it's just a DIET! This is something that is very easy to adapt to and continue. Eating the smaller meals 5 times a day is not only great for losing weight but it really helps those afternoon moments when you need that boost which can lead to bad drinks or foods!
