Seems accurate, and it's actually mildly amusing.
I don't think this really gives a good review of this diet.. just pretty much says its not a good idea. Some of the meal plans are ridiculous.. but I guess if you want to lose weight in 3 days it has to be drastic.
Just another review with diet details and the recommendation to NOT start this diet.
The meal plan suggestions here are enough to turn me off to the 3 day diet.
I am not overweight but my metabolism is real slow. Doing this modified (I am a vegetarian) diet has helped me stop the "out of control weight gain" even with following the points from weight watchers.
Day two says 1 cup of tuna or cottage cheese. Not both. If you're going to be satirical you have to get your facts right or you end up looking like an idiot. There is nothing wrong with peanut butter on toast for breakfast, and this diet forces you to learn one very important thing... If your 3 ounces of meat weren't enough, eat more veggies! And how could anyone not be full after eating 1 cup of tuna (Thats two cans people!), 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of brocolli, 1 cup of melon AND 1/2 cup of ice cream?
